Insulators or insulating materials are a type of equipment or material widely used in electrical systems used for the purpose of creating a safe distance, isolating between lines, between phases or between phases and the grounding system. 1. Saeka products
We would like to introduce SAEKA products from SÄKAPHEN. SAEKA is an effective support product for cleaning, restoring, protecting and improving the insulation of ceramic insulators and insulating materials.
SAEKA products include two different types of SAEKA-Cleaning Paste and SAEKA-Silicone Grease, used in power plants, electrical substations and many other industries. Specially developed for the effective protection of ceramic, glass or plastic insulating materials and also includes silicone insulating materials. The individual components of the product are non-toxic, safe to handle and easy to use.
SAEKA products are solvent-free, dermatologically tested and contain physiologically safe abrasives, oils and greases. This complex mixture of oils first penetrates the dirt layers, the abrasive rubs and removes the dirt, and finally the grease mixture forms a thin layer that seals the surface of the insulating material, providing long-term protection and ensuring easy re-cleaning, extended maintenance cycles.
SAEKA products are solvent-free, dermatologically tested and contain physiologically safe abrasives, oils and greases. This product is non-hazardous, does not require special equipment or personal protective equipment (PPE) during use.
2. Saeka categories
SAEKA products are designed and formulated to protect high voltage insulators from discharges caused by a combination of dust and moisture in the air, by forming a water-resistant seal on the surface, this protective film does not dry out and is also UV-resistant. Furthermore, it is suitable for cleaning and sealing heavily soiled, smooth and scratch-resistant surfaces in one go, using only a cloth and polishing.

SAEKA-Cleaning Paste 80.750 is designed and formulated to protect porcelain insulators or high voltage insulating materials.
♦ SAEKA-Cleaning Paste 83.750 :
SAEKA-Cleaning Paste 83.750 has been specially formulated and developed for cleaning porcelain insulators or insulating materials made of sensitive plastic, synthetic resin, synthetic resin and silicone.
♦ SAEKA-Silicone Grease 81.750 :
SAEKA-Silicone Grease 81.750 is a dirt-repellent sealant for enhanced protection in highly contaminated areas. Prevents the formation of a continuous water film on insulators in areas with very high humidity and high levels of dust contamination, thus protecting against electrostatic discharge and destruction.
